Through skilled, attuned presence, the body is invited into greater safety and coherence. As the nervous system settles, areas of holding naturally soften and unwind, allowing the body's innate intelligence to guide the process of healing and reorganization.

Death + Dying

Holly provides a Holistic Hospice approach to navigating End-of-Life. She offers interactive community workshops teaching Energy Medicine & Somatic Practices to explore Death & Dying. She also provides clinical education on the natural process of death, logistical guidance on how to be prepared, and teaches caregivers & loved ones how to best support the dying.

This work is inspired by ritualizing and normalizing the final passage. To encourage open communication about death in our communities. To accept our mortality, face our fears, and allow death to inform us on how to fully live.

Holly combines her 23 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Hospice Care, Craniosacral Therapist, Master’s Certificate in Intuition Medicine®, & Energy Medicine Practitioner.
